During the winter of 2007, Aura has been re-styled by interior designer Clare Bloomer. Inspired by the Ibiza sunset, Clare has incorporated the colors, textures and materials of the island by way of dusty pink and chestnut brown furnishings, stone walls, polished cement, wood and natural fibers, and fusing everything together with warm light, she has succeeded in capturing that certain “something” that makes Ibiza so special. In 2010 Aura Ibiza is revamped and with a new entrance and it will once again entertain local residents & top end discerning Ibiza connoisseurs from all over the world since the north of the island lately became very popular for its incredible choice of quality restaurants, secluded villas, boutique hotels & retreats, incredible beach’s - all surrounded by the stunning Balearic Hills and the special atmosphere created by a unique mix of local & international people & celebrities living here. The sunset feel was perfected by using soft colors, sultry decor & seductive lighting and together with an amazing new sound system Aura Ibiza presents customers a totally unique intimate experience in perfectly combined new & existing areas. In 2011 Aura Ibiza’s kitchen is supplied with the freshest and tastiest (edible) flowers, fruits and vegetables by their new kitchen garden. Also the Lounge Garden is now shaded by gracious coverings. The fertile hills of northern Ibiza, inspired internationally renowned landscape designer James Holderness, by the design of Aura’s garden restaurant. It is an exotic oasis set in an orchard of orange trees. Guests enjoy their diner amidst a lemon grove, embraced by the flowering scents of lush Mediterranean planting and together with a mature Palm silhouette against the night sky, it provides the perfect ambience! AURA’s 2011 menu is inspired by their favorite dishes from around the world and provides a combination of Spanish, North African & Southern European influenced classics with a modern twist served along side some of our more famous signature dishes and ‘crowd pleasing’ specials by the hands of head chef Gerard Ortiz. All dishes are designed to create a very special though informal eating experience. AURA IBIZA - OPEN AIR Cocktail Terrace AURA IBIZA - Cocktail Terrace A new open air cocktail terrace with a long bar that provides a central meeting point, covered in bougainvillea and jasmine where you can enjoy cocktail creations by beverage director Mr. Chris Edwardes, or an extensive choice of wines, in intimate chill out zones providing secluded lounging spaces amidst a beautiful garden. The former inside terrace bar has now transformed into the Mojito terrace where you can enjoy surprising fresh fruit Mojito cocktails. Larger groups can enjoy the privacy of their own outdoor lounge & dining experience in the enchanting lemon tree grove. Two private dining rooms seating up to 20 diner guests also equipped with their own private bar and bathrooms.

AURA IBIZA - SOUND   AURA IBIZA SOUND   In 2008 music in AURA was provided by various top DJs. Regular nights included BALEARICA on Thursdays with legendary Ibiza DJ Jonathan Grey (Sa Trinxa) and the infamous DANTZ parties on Fridays. In addition, there were many special nights throughout the summer of 2008 such as DDD from London and BEATROOT from Barcelona. 2009 presented a fine selection of Party Nights, such as: Mondays - AS ONE - What started as a new daytime party at Gala Night, unexpectedly moved to AURA, half way July, with their The Disco-Tech DJs: Nathan Coles, Tom King (Spunk Records) & Fred Everywhere. Their motto: Come with a smile, dress full of colour and be AS ONE on the dance floor! TUESDAYS: LE SUITE - A night of Dance Music combined with Fashion brought one of Barcelona’s top DJ talents, Marco Gegenheimer (Be Cool, Moog, Mondos and City Hall) as well as Gaspard De La Vega (The Red Light, F12 - Stockholm and The Cookies Club - Berlin) to intertwine with the Ibiza’s top fashion boutiques and designers. WEDNESDAYS - ICON - created by husband and wife Ibiza legends, promoter Charlie Chester and DJ Jo Mill’s extended their wings to create Icon Events bringing Resident DJ’s - Tomas Hedburg, Jo Mills, Andy Wilson (Sonica) & Special Guests including Back 2 Basics, Somewhere UK, Faith & Boyzone, Electric Sex, Junkclub, Ben Corbel, Wade - Pulse Radio Sydney, Hyber Colour Records. THURSDAYS - were reserved for private parties. FRIDAYS - DANTZ & ANTZ - After the massive success of Dantz in 2008, Danny and DJ Antz were back. With special guests like Matthew Buschwaka and Danny Rampling. This party continued until the end of 2009. SATURDAYS - JUST HOUSE - Extremely House Music with  DJ “Ernesto Altés” supported by “Ibiza Sonica Radio”. A true Island DJ being Ibizencan himself, Ernesto whipped up a storm amongst local island residents over the winter and his unique sound sure made a huge impact the summer of 2009. SUNDAYS - CLOSED In 2010 showed some of the best live Spanish & international acoustic performances by reknown DJ’s in the world who were playing unplugged gigs at AURA. 2011 will be another year of great musical entertainment in the best Lounge Bar of Ibiza with the best DJs and performers, and very special secret unannounced guests, presented in the updated in- & exterior of this very spectacular garden restaurant, private dining room, terrace cocktail bar & lounge areas of AURA IBIZA.
